individuals are as follows:
1. Bookkeeping. With this service, we assist you to track your company's
revenue and expenses, assets, liabilities and equity. Knowing your finances is
the rudiment of all tax and financial planning. We track your finances by
designing an accounting system to capture relevant financial information.
2. Income Tax. We file tax forms with Internal Revenue Services (IRS) and
State Tax Authorities to report and enable you to pay the correct tax liabilities.
We have tax forms in all states as applicable.
3. Payroll Services. Payroll compliance is a complicated matter. It involves
filing numerous forms and compliance with many federal, state and local
regulations. We offer full payroll services where we file all relevant federal and
state annual, quarterly and monthly forms. We assist you to pay your taxes. We
file W-2 and W-3 annually. This service does not include compliance with worker
compensation and work safety rules regulated by State Compensation Insurance
Fund (SCIF) and Department of Industrial Relations, respectively. However, we
will answers questions you may have.
4. Sales Tax Compliance. If your business sale tangible goods in California,
you will deal with the State Board of Equalization. We assist you to file the correct
sales tax return with the Board.
5. Income Tax Planning. We assist you to legally eliminate or minimize income
taxes through analyzing your income, expenses, deductions, AMT and other
variables.
6. Entity Formation, Advising and Dissolution. Operating a business under
a selected entity choice has many tax and financial implications. We advise and
guide you to the right choice. We set up your entity by filing the correct forms
with the Secretary of State. While in business, you may need assistance in
issuing stocks, adding or deleting a partner, or even dissolving your business
altogether, we can assist you to achieve these goals.
